Kainos appointed as Supplier on Buying Solutions Framework Agreement for Software Application Solutions

Kainos joins the ranks of 20 select providers approved to supply IT solutions to the UK public sector

London & Belfast, January 7th, 2010 – Kainos, (www.kainos.com) a leading IT consulting company, has today announced that it has been appointed as a supplier on the Buying Solutions select framework agreement for software and service provision to the UK public sector.

Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for UK public services and is an Executive Agency of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) in the Treasury. The Buying Solutions framework agreements are a set of pre-tendered contracts with a range of suppliers from which public sector customers can purchase goods and services with ease. Every contract and framework agreement has been through a rigorous tendering and evaluation process.

Kainos has for the past three and a half years successfully supplied Enterprise Content Management solutions and services to a wide range of public sector organisations, and has been the framework agreement’s leading supplier in this category for considerable periods during that time.
