Bank of Ireland Example

Kainos is a long established strategic data partner of Bank of Ireland (BoI) UK. Kainos has been providing Information Management services to BoI since 2001 as part of a fully integrated IT solution incorporating product configuration, bespoke development and integration with multiple legacy applications.

The Sales Development Initiative (SDI) was commissioned by BoI to streamline its personal banking sales service. With Information Management at its core, the Kainos SDI solution provides a multi-channel contact and sales fulfillment solution, deployed across all branches, business units and contact centres. Central to the SDI solution is the Kainos created Single View of Customer (SVC) database along with an integrated analytics platform.
