Head of ECM Solutions Division

Sheila has more than 17 years experience in the software industry and is head of the Kainos ECM Solutions Division. After graduating from the University of Ulster, Sheila spent 8 years working in Kainos on a varied range of software projects on all aspects of the software lifecycle progressing from Software Engineer to Project Manager. She joined Meridio, the enterprise document and records management product company in 2001 where she was pivotal in the initial product certification against national and international compliance standards – a crucial step in the growth of Meridio to an international product company. Sheila then became VP of Presales and subsequently established and ran Meridio’s Product Management function which led the strategic direction of the product.

As head of Kainos’s ECM Solutions division Sheila is responsible for the business development and delivery of this fast growing business practice.
