About the role

As a Client Director with Kainos you will be the common link between project scoping during the sales process and delivery of the services which are sold. You will be actively involved in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating effort to complete the implementation.

You will own the customer relationship, oversee all delivery and make sure the project is staffed with the right team.

  • Strong Workday or HCM/HRIS Implementation Project delivery skills (we'll train you on Workday);
  • Sale of initial and follow on consulting & implementation services;
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships;
  • Coaching and mentoring consultants;
  • Supporting growth of Kainos & its culture;
  • Shows effective written and verbal communication with both internal and external resources;
  • Comfortable with public speaking;
  • Comfortable with a dynamic and ambiguous environment;
  • Happy to travel.


  • Bachelors Degree;
  • Broad and deep HCM functional experience;
  • Ideally you’ve played a role in an HR Organization;
  • 8+ years consulting experience in an implementation environment; Ideally you’ve done some HR effectiveness consulting;
  • One year Workday experience (you can get that with us);
  • 3+ years project management experience, Workday or ERP projects preferred;
  • 5+ years implementation experience.
