Managing the interview process which will include;

  • Arranging 1st and 2nd stage Interviews
  • Coordinating with candidates
  • Liaising with facilities and travel
  • Following up with all candidates throughout the process

Job Administration

  • Ensure all roles are advertised on and Job Boards

Agency Administration

  • Be the main point of contact for all recruitment agencies
  • Manage role allocation to agencies
  • Administration of internal systems on behalf of agencies
  • Issuing Terms and conditions to agencies


  • Issue all new contractor paperwork and ensure we have all required information
  • Issue all extensions and leaver information to contractors
  • Follow and complete Contractor joiners and leavers processes

New Hires

  • Processing permanent contracts
  • Arranging start dates and inductions

General administration tasks

  • Monitor team email addresses
  • Raise team Purchase Orders and manage progress
  • Team reports for senior management
