PMO Assistant

Available in: Belfast

Duties Include:

  • Project setup
  • Project administration and maintenance
  • Assisting with revenue and cost recognition
  • Timesheet approvals
  • Expense claim approvals
  • Assisting with month end invoicing
  • Routing and delegation of PMO support requests
  • Managing weekly timesheet completion (project specific)
  • Dispatching invoices
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties

Essential Skills Required;

  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade A*-C), or equivalent
  • Good Excel spreadsheet skills. The ability to use charts, pivots and formulas would be desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills and confidence in acting as the first point of contact by managing the teams group e-mail and arranging initial meetings with project managers
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy

  • You will have previous Administration experience and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Have excellent computer skills - MS Office and the ability to pick up new software applications
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to use your own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to a supervisor.
  • Be organised, dynamic, personable and approachable

Other Information:

Kainos is a professional services organisation with clients spread across the globe and we deliver projects both from client site, and from our offices. While we will attempt to base you on projects near or at your contracted office location, you need to be willing to travel to client sites and spend time away during the week if it is required.
