Reports to: General Counsel
Main purpose of role & level in the business
Working with a busy team of in-house lawyers/paralegals, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of legal tasks and escalating issues where appropriate to support the Company in its business activities.
• Negotiates, reviews and drafts contracts and commercial terms with customers and
suppliers to reflect commercial deals
• Advises the Company on a wide range of legal areas including commercial contracts, IP
and risk mitigation
• Analyses and assesses risk and provides pragmatic suggestions to address risk.
• Devises and implements legal aspects of Company policies and initiatives.
• Drives Company compliance with legal developments and recognises and raises legal
• Assists the Commercial Department and CFO as required
