Kainos CTO discusses importance of apprentices on BBC Radio Ulster

1st October, Belfast - Tom Gray, Kainos CTO, took part in a programme on BBC Radio Ulster to discuss the importance of apprenticeships in Northern Ireland. Tom spoke about the Kainos approach to hiring apprentices, both through its Apprenticeship scheme, and the innovative Kainos 'Earn as you Learn' initiative. The programme also featured Jordan Brown, a Kainos apprentice, who speaks about his role and about how the Kainos scheme has broadened his skills and qualifications.
