Kainos is highly commended at the Digital DNA Awards

Belfast headquartered tech giant Kainos has been highly commended in the 'Best Large Tech Company' category at this year's Digital DNA Awards. In a ceremony held at St Anne's Cathedral, the achievements of individuals, projects and companies from across the business, technology and IT industries were celebrated by over 400 attendees. Commendation in the 'Best Large Tech Company' category was given to Kainos in recognition of their continued commitment to innovation and local product development, as well as the company's significant contribution to the local economy, primarily through job creation. CEO of Kainos, Brendan Mooney, said: 'We are delighted to receive this recognition and it has been inspiring to be involved in an event which celebrates Northern Ireland's ever-growing digital footprint, both as a nominee and a sponsor. Kainos was also shortlisted in the Company of the Year and Young Person of the Year categories. This commendation comes after the company were named in the Sunday Times Top 100 'Best Companies to Work For' list for a sixth consecutive year, commended for their progressive approach The company currently employs over 1,150 people across ten offices in Europe and the USA.
