Start your career in tech with Kainos Earn as you learn

We've just relaunched Earn as you Learn for our September 2020 intake! Part of Kainos Academy, Earn as you Learn is our established apprenticeship scheme where Kainos will pay you a salary, while you study for your degree part-time and get valuable real-world experience while you do it. Taking place in our Belfast headquarters, Earn as you Learn has just entered its 6^th year. 

So far, we've welcomed a total of 68 Earn as you Learners through our doors, with 14 already graduated and thriving in their careers. The Higher-Level Apprenticeship is not only for school leavers, but anyone who wants to kickstart their career by working towards a degree in Computing Systems from Ulster University. All this while earning a salary and having access to Kainos' competitive benefits package while you study.
