Kainos Expands Workday Services Operations in Poland
Kainos, a leading Workday partner with full-platform expertise, is expanding its Services operations in Poland to support Workday’s growing customer base and local market investment.
Following Workday’s announcement earlier this year of its expanded operations in Poland, Kainos is deepening its commitment to the region. The move strengthens Workday’s ability to help organisations across Poland accelerate digital transformation across HR and Finance.
Kainos has been operating in Poland since 2008, with a well-established presence in Gdańsk. Over the past 17 years, Kainos has grown its local workforce to 318 — reflecting sustained investment in talent, innovation, and customer delivery. Building on this foundation, Kainos is now expanding its Workday operations to better support organisations to meet rising demand for transformation across the HR and Finance capabilities.
“Poland is a key part of our European growth story,” said Rainer Maier, EVP EMEA. “We’ve been investing here for 17 years and have built an exceptional local team. Expanding our Workday services operations further is the next step — enabling us to combine our deep global expertise with local delivery capability that customers can rely on.”
The expansion focuses on enhancing advisory and consulting services that help organisations navigate HR and Finance transformation, as well as evolving compliance and workforce priorities, including EU Pay Transparency and other regulatory drivers shaping the Polish market. By combining strategic advisory with implementation and enablement expertise, Kainos supports customers in aligning technology, process, and policy — helping ensure sustainable transformation that delivers measurable business value.
Jonathan Randle, GVP, EMEA North & Emerging, Workday said, “Our partners play a vital role in helping Polish customers grow and realise the full value of Workday. With over 15 years of Workday experience and a strong local team, Kainos is a trusted advisor for organisations undergoing transformation. Our long-standing partnership shows the depth of expertise and trust we bring together.”
Working alongside Workday, Kainos helps Polish organisations modernise how they manage people and money, improving agility, compliance, and decision-making through AI-powered automation and real-time insight.
As one of Workday’s longest-standing global partners, Kainos brings over a decade of Workday delivery experience and more than 800+ certified consultants worldwide. This expansion reinforces Kainos’ ongoing commitment to the Polish market and its customers — demonstrating that Kainos is not new to Poland, but here for the long term.
