He has led customer and programme transformation projects across Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure services across both commercial and public sectors. He is passionate about helping customers drive digital transformation projects aligned to their business goals and helping drive growth.
Shaun McKinley
Business Development ·
Shaun has over 20+ years of experience building and leading support teams which manage and continually enhance some of the most critical services around the world, spanning the Public, Commercial and Healthcare sectors. A background in software engineering and more than a decade steeped in ITIL and Agile has given Shaun an enviable position to be able to create and deliver exemplary managed services. A passionate drive for continual improvement in customer satisfaction is baked into support teams led by Shaun.
