Kainos is proud to announce our commitment to the Police Industry Charter, highlighting our dedication to supporting policing services. This charter fosters collaboration between the public and private sectors, ensuring policing services benefit from top commercial practices and innovations. 

By signing the Charter, Kainos commits to upholding several key policing principles, fostering stronger partnerships, and collaborating towards a shared mission of delivering the highest standard of service to the public and policing. These are: 

  • Designing products, services, and systems on the principle of interoperability first. 
  • Adopting a Maximum Transparency by Default (MTBD) position for products and services. 
  • Supporting the professional development of practitioners and senior leaders. 
  • Supporting UK policing in delivering sustainability. 
  • Collaboration and partnership. 

Kainos also pledges to leverage its digital transformation expertise to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of these crucial services. Our involvement is driven by a deep belief in supporting those who protect and serve our communities. We eagerly anticipate working with Blue Light Commercial and other partners to make a significant impact. 

This commitment aligns with our core values, enhances community relations, boosts visibility, and supports public safety. It also strengthens our partnerships and aligns with our CSR principles, ensuring policing services have the necessary backing to operate effectively.
