Kainos Announces Further Office Expansion, 60+ New Software Engineering Jobs and a £3 million R&D Project

London, UK - May 10th, 2012 - Thriving technology company Kainos has today announced a multi-million pound investment that will fund the creation of 60 new software engineering jobs and a major research and development project at its offices in Northern Ireland. The investments in employment, research and training are being supported by Invest Northern Ireland, which has offered £2.6 million of assistance part funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Government Minister Arlene Foster said: 'This is an ambitious investment by Kainos which aims to double its revenue over the next few years and further extend its market reach into mainland Europe and the USA. 'The company has built its success on innovation and through this new R&D project will further develop its solutions and services to ensure it maintains its lead in the area of electronic medical records in the health sector.'
