Kainos once again awarded 2-star accreditation for being an 'outstanding' employer
At Kainos we take great pride in the calibre of our people and the job satisfaction they get from working with us. So it is with great delight that we can announce that we have once again been awarded a 2-star accreditation for employee engagement by Best Companies, the workplace engagement specialists. This is awarded for outstanding levels of engagement in an organisation.
Kainos has also repeated its success in the annual Sunday Times 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For listings. This is particularly special because it is based on staff feedback (thanks everyone!).
The full Sunday Times Best Companies list will be published in the appointments section of The Sunday Times newspaper on Sunday 2nd March. It will also be available online at The Sunday Times and via The Sunday Times and Best Companies apps.
Kainos employees will get a chance to celebrate these successes formally in late February, when The Sunday Times 'Best Companies to Work For' awards ceremony is held at Battersea Park in London. This is when we will find out our position in this year's Best Companies list!
Kainos was catapulted straight in at number 55 in last year's Sunday Times 'Best Companies to Work For' polls. The prestigious annual rankings, now in their 14th year, are significant because they are scored solely based on employee feedback. Staff are invited to rate their companies on a number of factors including leadership, personal growth, their managers and the company.
This is another milestone for Kainos, and further evidence that our investment in our people matters. It's also significant that we have achieved this during a period of exceptional growth in all parts of the company! Watch this space for news of our position in the 2014 Best Companies list.
