Kainos expands its Americas Workday operations
Atlanta, GA, 1 September 2021 - Kainos Group plc, a leading digital technology company and Workday Services Partner, operating in two specialist divisions, Digital Services and its Workday Practice, today announced it has completed the acquisition of UNE Consulting (“UNE”). This acquisition further strengthens Kainos’ investments in the Americas and expands its partnership with Workday.
Kainos and UNE have been working on joint projects since 2019 and the acquisition builds on this successful relationship. UNE was founded in 2011 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, UNE offers deep expertise in the full range of Workday services, including Workday Financial Management and Workday Human Capital Management.
UNE has an experienced team of 42 who are working across multiple international projects across the Americas, as well as Europe and Asia.
The acquisition is Kainos’ fifth in the Workday partner ecosystem and the second in the Americas, after the acquisition of IntuitiveTEK, based in Denver, Colorado, in 2020. The acquisition adds to Kainos’ growing presence in the region, whilst enhancing the company’s ability to bring value to its customers. Kainos will be acquiring the whole business.
The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
