Today, Kainos celebrates the launch of its new Toronto office. Kainos selected Toronto as a central hub for its Americas operations due to its strategic location, competitive business environment, and strong talent pipeline. The organization has enjoyed continual growth in the area since first establishing an office in 2018. More recently Kainos has been helping to develop the next generation of local tech talent through their Tech Camps and early career opportunities, offering young people a way to explore the possibilities of working for a global tech company.

Today, Kainos serves over 500 clients across the Americas and hundreds more globally, delivering innovative technology solutions and helping organizations solve their greatest business challenges.

Padraig Callaghan, Executive Vice President at Kainos said “We’re delighted to be opening our new Toronto office today. We know that having a great place to work, collaborate and build connections in the team is important to our people. The new office also gives us more space to grow and serve more local businesses. Over the next three years we hope to expand our team from 100 to over 300 people.”

The Hon. Victor Fedeli, Ontario Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation, and Trade, commented: “Kainos’ choice of Toronto and Ontario as their latest destination for expansion is a strong vote of confidence in our world-class tech sector. Kainos is already making positive contributions to Ontario’s tech sector through their Tech Camps and the young talent they develop. We welcome the new energy, growth, and opportunity this investment will deliver to our tech sector.”

“Kainos’ continued success advances Ontario’s sector growth enabling technology companies to thrive,” said Trevor Dauphinee, CEO of Invest Ontario. “With a combination of talent, R&D capability and competitive costs, Ontario’s tech ecosystem enables IT companies to seize the opportunities ahead as the world embraces digitization.”

Kainos partnered with Invest Ontario to support its expansion journey, the agency providing advisory services and market intelligence, connecting Kainos with key government services, and helping Kainos reach a pipeline of tech talent through collaboration with academic institutions.

Kainos continues to invest in the growth of its Americas operations, with offices in Toronto, Indianapolis, Atlanta, and Buenos Aires. Most recently, the company expanded its Indianapolis office, moving from its prior downtown location into the city’s iconic Salesforce Tower.
