Three Kainos people shortlisted in FDM everywoman in Technology Awards
Kainos talent recognised in the FDM everywoman in Technology Awards 2023
Three of Kainos' incredible people have been shortlisted in the prestigious FDM everywoman in Technology Awards.
These awards shine a spotlight on the tech industry’s most exceptional talent, from the UK and beyond, providing an opportunity for companies and individuals to put forward candidates for categories celebrating all stages of their career journey.
Now in their 13th year, the awards have celebrated over 450 incredible women in the tech from school students to C-level, bringing the industry together to recognise and reward their outstanding performance in this constantly evolving sector.
The finalists
Bonnie Molins (Inclusive Design Principal) is a finalist for the ‘Tech For Good’ Award - recognising her diverse, ethical tech leadership and delivery of cutting-edge inclusive design services.
When speaking about her place in the final, Bonnie said: 'I'm absolutely thrilled to be a finalist in the 'Tech For Good' category. It's a huge achievement for me - and also everyone at Kainos who got behind my mission to drive inclusion by making all digital services accessible. I'm really looking forward to getting to the ceremony and celebrating the achievements of all the amazing women there.'
Digital Services Director, Russell Sloan, has also been shortlisted for the ‘Male Agent of Change’ Award - an incredible accolade highlighting his passion and active commitment to driving positive change for women working in technology.
Russell said: 'I'm delighted to be a finalist in the FDM everywoman in Technology Awards - and also a little bit surprised! I know the standard of competition is incredibly high across all categories, so it's an honour that my efforts in championing inclusion have been recognised amongst a fine calibre of candidates. I'm looking forward to hearing the stories about other great applicants across all categories at the final.'
Kainos' third finalist is Heather Campbell (Principal Architect), who has been shortlisted for the ‘Digital Star’ Award – showcasing her amazing innovation and expertise in delivering digital transformation for organisations.
Speaking about her excitement for the final, Heather said: 'It's an amazing feeling to be a finalist in the 'Digital Star' category. Recognition of that kind truly means so much to me. You really feel like your work has been valued, and I appreciate all of the efforts everyone at Kainos has gone to. In terms of the actual final, I'm feeling super excited. I can't wait to meet everyone and hear all their amazing stories. I know it's going to be such an uplifting day - regardless of what the outcome is.'

The FDM everywoman in Technology Awards winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Park Plaza Hotel (London) on Thursday 9 March 2023.
