We want to build a more inclusive future through technology. Guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goal for Quality Education, we deliver learning programmes that open doors, spark curiosity and inspire the next generation of technology talent. By working alongside schools, charities, community organisations and customers, we use our skills and expertise to create lasting social impact.
Our goal is simple: create opportunities today while helping build the skills and confidence people need for tomorrow.

Powering technology skills and building brighter communities
For us, social impact isn't a side project, it's part of who we are. We focus on four areas where we believe we can have the greatest impact.
- Tech outreach – We bring technology skills directly into communities. Through workshops, school partnerships, and hands-on learning programmes, we help people build confidence with technology and see it as something they can be part of.
- Social mobility – Not everyone starts from the same place. We remove barriers that prevent people from accessing careers in technology, particularly those from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds. Our work experience, internships and scholarships are designed to level the playing field and create pathways that might not otherwise exist.
- Social value - We work with customers to create lasting social and economic value alongside successful project outcomes. From digital inclusion and employability to environmental sustainability, we aim to deliver positive impact in the communities we serve.
- Volunteering and charity partnerships - We work in partnership with charities and community organisations to create greater impact, together. Our people share their time, skills and expertise to help deliver meaningful, lasting change where it’s needed most.
Tech outreach
Each year, more than 1,000 people participate in our community learning programmes. Through partnerships with schools, colleges, universities and charities, we help young and under-represented people build confidence, develop digital skills and explore opportunities in technology.
