Delegates from all over Northern Ireland flocked to the Europa Hotel to attend the Belfast Technology Conference (BelTech2014), held over three days. Billed as the 'premier high tech event of 2014', the event was curated by digital technology solutions company, Kainos, and delivered speakers from across the world, including technology experts and politicians. The marquee event delivered education through master-classes in many strategic technology areas and opportunities to explore ways to grow the local start-up economy by learning from success stories from US, as well as showcasing those in NI. With valuable insight on offer, the three day event, attended by over 600 people, included master-classes on Wednesday; expert speakers with a business focus on Thursday; and an educational theme on Friday.
