Kainos Shortlisted for Digital Leaders 100 Awards

London, UK May 12th, 2014 Digital solutions company Kainos has been shortlisted for the 2014 Digital Leaders 100 (DL100), a prestigious list of digital innovators in the public sector. The annual list is run by the Digital Leaders programme in conjunction with Digital by Default News. Following the success of last year's Digital Leaders 50, in which Kainos made the top three as an Industry leader (behind only Google and Mozilla), the 2014 awards will recognise the top 100 individuals, organisations, and products deemed to be making a real difference in the world of citizen-facing digital services. Almost 600 nominations were received and the 2014 shortlist is now open to public voting online. An expert panel will also be involved in the judging - scores will be combined to create the Digital Leaders 100 list and the top 10 leaders in each of 10 categories. Kainos was nominated in the Industry category, in which it shone last year. This highlights the work and value of businesses that have acted as leading advocates of a 'digital first' approach to delivering essential public sector services.
