Overview
The Employee Recognition app lets employees celebrate colleagues' contributions directly within Workday, using a system they already access day to day. Users can send a personalised recognition card to a colleague's inbox, or raise a request for special recognition that routes through an approval workflow so HR and the person's manager can arrange further celebration.

The challenge
