Kainos Named in Deloitte Best Managed Company List - for the 7th Consecutive Year

Kainos has once again been named as a 'Best Managed' company at an awards gala dinner on 6 March, 2015. In achieving this award for a 7th consecutive year, Kainos also attained 'Platinum Status'. The Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme, in association with Barclays Bank, recognises companies which are operating at the highest levels of business performance. The awards take a holistic approach to measuring company performance, looking at strategy, capability, commitment, and management performance, in addition to financials. The Best Managed Companies Awards Programme is the only awards programme that considers a company's business performance from every perspective. Brendan Mooney, CEO of Kainos said: "We are, rightly, proud of the recognition we get for our staff achievements and award-winning projects in partnership with our customers. This has driven our strong growth over the past years, and proves that talented staff and great customers succeed when the business planning and business operations that happen behind-the-scenes is of equal quality. This in-depth assessment by Deloitte once again points to the strength that we have inside our business." Commenting on this year's programme, Managing Partner of Deloitte and judging panel member, Brendan Jennings, said: 'Our congratulations to all those companies celebrating their Best Managed status. Receiving this accolade is no mean feat, and it reflects a high level of commitment and capability. In working closely with these companies for the best part of a year, it's clear to see why they are being recognised as Best Managed. It is a defined strategy, clearly communicated and executed; a belief in innovation in products and practices as a cornerstone of growth; a recognition of the importance of R&D spend; and an intuitive understanding of their marketplace.'
