Our Chief People Officer, Colette Kidd, explains why we’re in the 50 Best Places To Work in the UK, according to workplace review site Glassdoor.

We are delighted to announce that we are one of the winners of the annual Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards, coming in at number 38 in their list of the Best Places to Work in 2022.

Unlike other awards, there’s no self-nomination or application process for these awards – instead, it’s based entirely on the feedback our people have voluntarily and anonymously shared on Glassdoor.

One of our key ambitions as an organisation – and the absolute most important part of what I do – is to ensure that we’re a great employer: that our people are happy, that they’re achieving their personal and professional goals, and that we’re creating a positive and inclusive working environment where people feel encouraged, supported and able to thrive. It’s great to see those areas coming up again and again in our Glassdoor reviews.

In my role I often talk about all the things that make Kainos a very special place to work, but on this occasion I’m delighted to leave the talking to our fantastic people by sharing just a few highlights of the feedback shared on Glassdoor that contributed toward the award and made us feel so incredibly honoured.
