The John Lewis Partnership (JLP) is the UK’s largest employee owned business and parent company of two well respected retail brands - John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose & Partners, which are owned in Trust by over 78,000 Partners.

As a Partnership born out of experimentation, innovation continues to remain at the heart of their business today. With continuous improvement playing an integral part of their strategy, JLP replaced their legacy HR system, purchasing Workday HCM, Payroll, Compensations, Benefits, Security & Integrations followed in succession by Recruitment, Learning, Talent and Performance.

Manually testing their complex Workday configuration was costing the JLP team a lot of time, money and testing pain.
