How we prepare our people for management: Kainos MAP

Kainos MAP, our training academy, is designed to offer all Kainos people access to tailor-made, career-building development. Established in 2015, MAP encompasses all kinds of training opportunities, from presentation skills to in-depth technical courses, and intensive management and leadership development. All are shaping Kainos' future leaders and managers.

MAP, shorthand for Master, Accomplish, Progress, is at the heart of a skills development and knowledge agenda that is creating a truly innovative, stimulating and rewarding working environment. It's already delivering high quality trainees and driving faster progression across the business. As part of the Kainos MAP training academy, we run a management development programme (MDP) with the objective of upskilling the future managers of our organisation, and driving their progression.
