With 30 years' experience of attracting, growing and retaining our own talent, we're experts in enablement.
We work with you as one team, delivering services and developing people at the same time.
First, we'll stimulate interest by promoting your work and showing you what it's like to work in a high-performing team. We'll then collaborate with you to select and recruit the right people, establishing a recruitment strategy and supporting activities such as hackathons, milkrounds and roadshows.
The next step is to train and upskill the new recruits, and to design and execute bespoke, comprehensive training programmes. This could include understanding Agile, user research and design skills, technology-specific training, business domain knowledge, behaviours and relationship building.
Alongside the training programme, we mentor and coach, supporting new recruits in building their technical experience, developing team-working behaviours and gaining confidence in decision-making. We ensure a high level of retention by setting career objectives and helping people to develop.
Continuous feedback is a critical part of career development - we put in place progress assessments against role requirements and provide regular feedback both formally and informally.
This approach will not only build your internal capability, enabling more self-sufficiency, it will help you to develop your services in a more efficient and effective way.
